Announcements
Announcements for Sunday, November 10, 2024.
Please contact the church office for more information.
Come as you are to worship!
We love to worship together using a wide variety of musical expressions ranging from favorite hymns to new music and multi-cultural as well as a mix of liturgical and non-liturgical elements.
When should I come?
We worship on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. We move summer Sunday worship into the cool of the Fellowship Hall, still beginning at 9:30 a.m. You can also join us online every Sunday at 9:30am on YouTube.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes in which you feel comfortable! You’ll find folks in jeans and others who get dressed up.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, a desire to worship God and an eagerness to hear God speak to you through spoken words, scripture, music, prayer and other people.
What should I expect when I come to worship?
Worship that seeks to be meaningful, creative, relevant and flexible.
Our choir, directed by our Minister of Music Alex Cifelli, provides music on many Sundays throughout the year. They sing a wide variety of music that brings a depth to our worship experience. They rehearse on Wednesday evenings and anyone is welcome to join (check with Alex for the latest rehearsal schedule).
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! We invite children forward for remarks geared for them midway through our service. Your child may then stay with you for the rest of the service or participate in “RBC Kids,” our age-appropriate worship and learning program for kids in 1st-5th grade. We also provide a well-staffed nursery that opens at 8:30 a.m. for infants up to kindergarten age.
